Does Lightworld have a physical store as well?

Yes, we have a store at 2 Montague Drive, Montague Gardens, Cape Town

What is the lead time for orders placed?

We will arrange dispatch within 5 working days, with the exception of our African themed range where a lead time of upto 3 weeks applies and is listed as such.

If the goods are being pulled from an outlying depot or there is any other delay, you will be contacted by our online team to advise on delay and check if in order.

How much will delivery cost?

For orders over R2000 in value, we offer free delivery within South Africa. For orders under R2000, a flat rate of R150 applies within South Africa

Is there an option to collect my order?

Yes, you can collect at our Montague Gardens store at no charge or you can arrange for your courier to collect at our store.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Yes, we do. Please complete our trade application form and we’ll respond to you with the various details.

What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?

Should your item become available, our online team will reach out and offer a substitute or a refund. The refund will be processed within 5 working days.
